I shot 200 mgs test in my buttock last tuesday and I developed a knot-like buildup in the injection spot. Is it normal to still be there a weekm later and slightly painful to the touch?-There is no sign of infection as far as discoloration. Thanks.

No lie I injected 200 mgs of test e 6 weeks ago in to my butt and to about 1 weeks ago I still had a bump on my butt

The one week knot is pretty common. The guy with the 5 week knot....that is not common at all. Something definately went wrong with that shot, especially at a low dosage of 200 mg's.

from my understanding if you have a lump on the injection site it means you've shot in between a muscle or not in it and it takes awhile for the body to break it down(it also hurts like a biotch) and if its neither of that you could have made a absess or somethingcorrect me if im wrong someone

Going through it now. The shots went in great then a day later hurt like a biotch. 4 days into it I just start to sit down without using my arms. I think I'll stick to thigh shots. Good luck man

Not necessarily. If the oil is still in there, and for whatever reason, it is not being broken down, you are getting a slower, extended release of the hormone. Now if you have an abcess, which I doubt you do, there's a chance that you might lose that gear depending how much gear is in that capsule that the body used to seal off the infection.
Generally, I would say, no - you do not lose the effects of the shots, but they may be altered somewhat as to time release.
