yeah bro...lots of people suggest just running a test for their first cycle...I am one of them...Test E would be a good one...run it at 10-12 at about 400-500mg/week...and u should see some nice gains from that..
k thanks a lot bro....i also want to lose a little bit of the mid section of the stomach will the test e work for this aswell?
test e is a bulker but with a clean diet and right training expect to lose a bit of fat as well tho you wont get "cut up" etc so if your using it just to lose weight id just go natural and hit the cardio

I would run test E for 12 weeks 500mg a week monday 250 thursday 250
Use nova 10 ml a day and L-Dex .25 and have every thing you need before you start!!!

Alrighty thanks a lot guys...i am a healthy eater and i do about 20-30mins of running a day or if not every day then everyother....on test e i will still trim down tho right an get big right...i just dont want to put fat on when im taking it.
make sure you take nolva 20mg ED so you dont hold water
When you do your cardio, make sure your in the Target Heart Rate range. I would also increase the length of the cardio sessions.
Being a healthy eater is also not going to allow you to lose those last few lbs. You need to read the Diet forum and get yourself on a good cutting diet.
I would use prop if you insist on doing it
