Please help with my next cycle
Hello everyone, glad to finally become a member. I've been surfing around for a couple weeks now doing some reading and finally came around to registering.
Anyways I had a question.
Here are my stats...
5'9
195-200
25
body fat ....20-25%
1 cycle under my belt, which was sus/dbol
I'm looking to gain some mass in this next cycle but need some help
putting a good one together and wanted your opinions. This is what I have so far and I can get almost anything else I need.......What else would you throw in or would suggest I do?
I have:
1-4 WK DBOL-50MG ED MON-FRI (2 DAYS OFF)
1-10 WK DECCA 400MG EW
I want to throw something else in? Test Ent?
For my PCT i have
Nolva and I need to get some clomid.....

Welcome to the board.
You wouldn't just take dbol mon-fri. You'd take it everyday for the first 4 weeks.
Definetly throw in test!
Cycle should look something like this:
Week 1-4 Dbol 50mgs ed
Week 1-10 Deca 400mgs
Week 1-11 Test E 500mgs
B6 throughout.
nolva on hand
And you might wanna use letro or ldex throughout if you don't want alot of water.
Extended clomid (4 weeks)

sorry bro but i think you need to lose some body fat first before you cycle it just ain't healthy try and get down to about 15 then start. I know this is not what you wan't to hear but it's your life bro and you only get one shot at it.

Alright guys....your right thats something I didn't want to hear but it's better to know then not. Thanks for all the info........
Do you think I should just diet more or go on some cutting supplements?

I must have missed that 25% bf part.
I'll have to agree w/ the rest of the guys...You should diet down first unless your a straight up powerlifter.
