I've been cutting, I dropped 25 pounds already. I am going to use t3 and clen to increase this. Here is the info I have gathered, am I missing anything?
Clen:
-6 L water daily
-taurine 5 g
-300 mg potassium before bed empty stomach
-banana daily
-tylenol E.S. first sign of headache
-300 g protein (1.5 X body mass in pounds [rounded down])
-5 weeks total, staying on. Do you guys think this is okay?
Dosing:
Day 1- 20
2- 40
3-60
4-increase by 20 once sides stop, up to 120.
Stay at 100 or 120 for the rest, then taper for a week.
Once over 80 mg, half in morning, half before lunch?
T3:
-ALA 1000 mg daily
Day 1- 20
2- 40
3- then up by 20 EOD until 100
100 mg for 2.5 weeks
-80 for 6 days
-60 for 5 days
-40 for 5 days
-20 for 5 days
Half in morning, half before lunch?
-Switch to higher carbs, less protein in last two weeks?
I am planning to start the T3 first since I can run that longer (6 weeks vs. 5 weeks), then once I get to the 100 mcg, I will start with the clen. Is this a good idea or should I start at the same time?
