I came to this web site looking for a magic pill to make me big. Tons of research, then I found it, but it wasn’t a material item it was a saying that Swole Cat posted, he said something like; your desire to change must be stronger than your desire to do nothing. It sounds simple but it is the sole of bodybuilding. You can see it at the gym the people with intense will doing intense pumps and the people who can’t muster up the “power zone”. Thank you SC, that will be a saying that for the rest of my life. It's the most potent steriod

I think that "do nothing" sounds better, its more real. Everybody has the desire to change for the better but people are lazy and that overcomes there desire.
