I know someone who has Anavar powder. Does anyone know if there is a certain process to go through before consuming it or can you just put it into a capsule and take it?

I say the tbol because 1. its cheaper 2. Its alittle stronger 3. Raises your lipido 4. Very keepable gains. So there you go but you can't go wrong with either choice.

You can cap it, or make it liquid.
