shoot 250mg eod with the sustanon and 40-50mg of winny ed. have your proper pct and nolva on hand
hckykr91 is right with this setup your on the right way
i would run the sust for at least 10-12 weeks to give the longer esters time to work too,and i would watch out for hair loss running winni any further than 6 weeks. sust is also best shot ED
