WHATS UP FELLOW BULLS AND BULLETS I NEED HELP IM DOING THE SAME WORK OUTS DAY IN AND DAY OUT. I WATCH OTHER PEOPLE AND THERE DOING THE SAME DAM THINGS IM DOING.IF YOU HAVE A SICK INTENCE ROUTINES PLEASE INFORM ME.YOUR HELP WILL BE GREAT.I WOULD LIKE TO TRY TEST,CYP;) ;) . I DONT NO WHAT TO STACK WITH HELP IN THAT AREA WOULD BE GREAT TO. ONCE AGAIN THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN MY GOALS! THANKS EFM.

1.) is that your real name if so change it!

2.) Post work out questions in the workout forum.

3.) Do some research

4.) give us your stats.
