iv been training for 3 years now and am looking to make bigger gains.im into bodybuilding as a sport not like these guys doing it for pussy!
anyway i would like info from some pros on what they used first,cycles and so on am abit scared of needles but i know if i want to get anywhere a will just have to stop being a pussy lol.

only 12st
10% bodyfat
train 4 times a week
12weeks heavy
2weeks light
