Got 200mg/1ml-amp test cyp.
HOW to inject 500mg/week???
I inject twice a week...

and do you suggest that I inject 400mg coz it's my 1st cycle???
will 400mg/week be ENOUGH for a newbie like me to grow??


and how about 600mg test for the 2nd cycle?too much???

400 is enough for your first....if you put enough time off..you can do 400 for your second as a matter of fact..but you'll probably want to do more. 400mg a week is enough..if you want to do 500 ..then do use an amp and a half per shot...just preload one of the syringes and have it ready for you to shoot.

BUT will the 0.5ml preloaded in a syringe may be contaminated by bacteria?????
