works well.
Vets will say due to the short esters you'll need every other day injections to maintain stable bloodlevels. Depending on size and experience 500mg/wk totall should suffice.

A friend of a friend uses Sus and Deca all the time, he really knows his stuff and hes like 310lb! so obviously he thinks its great

I'm running 500mg Omnadren (like sust.) with deca right now. The only sides I'm getting r small acne on back and shoulders. The tanning bed took that away though. I am hitting twice a week. I know everybody says eod, but I run every 3.5 days with the Oms and deca once per week. I'm getting great results. I love the stuff....
For a first timer, I wouldn't do more than 500mg per week. I would also run for 12 weeks. Lead in with some d-bol at the beginning. Also don't forget about some nolva for possible gyno, and clomid for PCT

I'm gonna be shooting 250 every 4 days considering it's my first cycle, and I'm gonna accompany it with some winny

I've got the nolva for during; clomid and HCG for my PCT

Hold off on the winny right away. Run the test alone at first. Add winny later. run the winny for 4-6 weeks at the end.

ive ran it everyway you can think of but for best results for me is EOD....i have grown so much and with little sides affects ie less water and bloaty look, ive use it with more or less everything but last cycle used it with deca ,dbol ,tren , prop and hgh results unbelieveable and kept all the gains....sus is a very good test..

I'm probably gonna run it EOD 250mg in the middle of the cycle, then taper it off [but start with 500 mg EW (250 every 3.5 days)]


I have 7500 mg to use so I should have no issue running out


also I'm gonna run the winny 20 mg ED for 5 weeks at the end of the cycle (last 5 weeks of the sust) OR finish the sust and run winny tabs on their own?

I plan on running it for 8-10 weeks, good?

sus is awsome..no need to taper up or taper down...... just do eod injections.....the whole time you cycle.

I did my first cycle with Sust 250 and Eq200 and had great results. Just started a sust/eq cycle again and threw in some dbol first 4 weeks... Great cycle and very clean with no side effects for me thus far!
