oh man..
tell us your experience.. cause you shouldn't take deca on a 1st cycle..
and what type of test

prop.. ( i know it's not prop)
anyway.. you should inject 2 times a week with the test.. at 400mg/ml you would inject 1/2 cc per injection monday and thursday.. that will give you 400mg/week
deca 1 time per week.. 1cc
