While looking for ALA today I found most are around 200MG per pill with 90 pills in a bottle. Now for some reason I thought i remembered someone here saying they take 3000MG a daily?? Is that right? Whats the reccomended dose?

I pretty sure I've heard between 600mg-1400mg, depending on your body............BUMP for a for sure answer

I have always seen recommendations for 3000mg/day. this seems adequete considering the toxic dose is 30,000mg/day so you are still distancing yourself from a hazard.
