Doofy, depends on finding one close to you, for example I get stuff the next day using standard delivery if I order from dpsnutrition since they are close to me.
Of course I will use allsportsnutrition for my next order. :-)
Search around for a company close or in Fla. If not, just spend the xtra for overnight.

Doofy I think allsports is in Texas. Probably a couple of days transit time if they use UPS ground to West Palm Beach. I can't speak to how fast things come from there. I assume they pull orders and ship the same day if the order is placed by around 2. That is pretty much the standard.

i use DNP Nutrition. my NLarge came to my house in 3 days. Also body building.... has good service also. Both very quick but dnp has better prices.
