hate to say it bro, these are very simple questions. if you dont know this you should do more research before you start. like mentioned above do you have pct?
and btw, your attitude above is uncalled for. but if you wanna f**k your self up here ya go: 1ml = 1cc. you need to know the mg/ml of your gear to know how many cc to inject.
lets assume your sust is 250mg/ml. then 1 cc would be 250mg. assume ing since this is you first cycle then you would want to do 500mg/week=2ml/week.
split that into 7shots. IMO sust is best shot ed.

Thank you! I just dont understand the metric conversions. I've been dabbling for many years, I dont claim to be a roid head. I've been taking 1cc of winny every two to three days for 4 weeks. Just trying to put some more size on.

ya some people stay on all the time. I am even thinking about it. and taking roids to inprove is ok, but if not done properly there can be non reverseable effects. like I said, do some reading, ask questions. every one here is willing to help as long as you are nice about it. we were all new once and asking questions that with some reading we could have figured out. I my self have a few bros here to thank for taking me under there wing.

I know of the different types, IE. different testosterones(Sust 250, Equipoise , Ethananate and so on). I've used Deca with winny, my questions were of different versions of test's I was unsure of thats all.. I consider myself far from a novice, but far from a pro

Eq is just as anabolic as testosterone (as you can tell by it’s anabolic rating above), but only half as androgenic.

I wasn't saying anything bad about eq. I was just stating that when people talk about test on here they are normally refering to either test e, c, prop, or a combination of tests such as sus. I don't ever really see anyone substitute their test with eq.

Go with 2cc's of sus every 7 days. Split that up into every other day doses though. Your joints might hurt from the winny so be prepared. You'll want to have an anti-e on hand and clomid for PCT. Without PCT you wont keep your gains. How long do you plan on running the sus and winny?
