Anyone else get this????

Now this only accounts for the first time I do Pull-up and none therafter. My left arm tends to swell up for 4-5 days. And I am unable to straighten it out. Now it only happens the first time and once it heals i have no problems with it. Does anyone know what it is or experience it. It may fill with fluid im not sure, but its strange and I know its going to happen and im at the point where i want to get it out of the way.

I really think i am the only one that gets this, but if anyone else has, please let me know how you have treated it.

Doctors and hospitals have no clue.
