I'm looking to start a cycle after a LONG break... 10 years to be exact, and looking for some advice about my cycle before I start up.
I'm 5'8" 150lbs. with very little BF and have been working out for 2+ years (since the 10 years off - before that I worked out for 5 years.) I've hit a plateau now and I'm looking to ideally put on 15~20lbs. long term.
I've got t200 and deca 200 and I'm thinking of going with a 12 week cycle at:
400mg t200 per week
400mg deca per week
I'm thinking about doing 2 shots per week (every 4 days) with a 200mg/200mg stack. Also, I'm wondering if I need to start with smaller dosages and work my way up to that dosage or if I can "jump right in" at that dosage.
What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for your input.
BTW... I've been completely open with my wife about this and she's even willing to give me the shots... she rocks!
