lLooking for something that will give quick gains
I have a liftoff in 2 weeks and it i need to win my weight class.
I bench 185.
Is there anything that will get me 20-30 pounds gains in two weeks even if its temporary?
Any ideas im realy desperate?

Test suspension. But if you only bench 185 now it's doubtful that your base has been built

First off load up on Pasta and Butter, Second get yourself a spotter and put 275 on the bar, have your spotter help you do 8 sets of 4 reps, by lift off you will throw up 225 with ease, also without using steroids ,. 16 yrs old and wanting to do steroids, if you were my son your ears would be ringing for a year, from that back hander i laid on your head when i found out you were trying steroids. STOP trying to find the easy way out.!!!

He needs to stay away from AS. Eat big and train big. If he wants to stunt his growth, shut down his endocrine system, etc. then that's his business. It is a life choice for him at his age. Use AS and face possible sides...or do the right away...stay clean until he is much older.
