I am trying to get stronger and be more explosive, jump higher, run faster etc... without gaining alot of weight, but with ANAVAR so costly what would the next best thing be?

You'll love Halo then and much much cheaper.
I say look into tbol its cheaper,stronger, and raises your libido. I think its even better then var IMO.
Try tbol (Turinabol). It does many of the same things but to a higher degree. It's cheaper than Var too.

Well as far as strength goes t-bol didn't do THAT much for me, moreover it is likely you will gain 5-10lbs doing an 8 week cycle t-bol only...
So if you don't wanna add weight halo is probably a better choice for pure strenght.
