What type of Test should I take?
Funk! after doing alot of research and after watching the Mike Tyson fight and seeing how big his biceps and whole body is, I'm gonna start taking Test, But what type of Test?
Let me give you guys a brief history about me:
A year ago, I took 10ml Deca and 10ml of winny
I havent been to consistent with the gym so I gained like 30 pounds. (i gain and lose pounds with a quickness)
My hair is currently fading away on the top of my head, but the sides are fine.
Right now I am at 5'11 216 lbs. I want to get down to 190 lbs. I do not want to get bloated or to big. I currently have in my possession 10ml Deca 300 and 100 tabs of Winny. What type of test should i take. Should i stack everything up together and take it? By taking test will it get rid of the limp dick that is caused by deca? also by taking test will it slower the hair loss proccess that deca causes?
Please critique my dosage schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday: Deca and Test 1 ml each

IMHO If your main goal is to loose almost thirty pounds of fat than you should run your guts out, get your diet, exercize in check and then, perhaps consider cycling your gear. Good luck Bro.

You need some dedication at about 500mg per week
diet at 400mgs and
training at 400mg.
Then go from there.

Well u saying u havent been too consistent with the gym syas it all to me.
My advice is to get consistent with the gym, go down to around 185-190 with a nice clean diet and at least 5 onths at the gym hard core then add a little juice for the final touch.
Im hate when people think juice will give u the body your looking for. My friend juice will do nothing for u if your not consistent at the gym and your not dieting rite.
If your juiced it up now what will happen is you will look the same as u do now just bigger. Not more cut, not more lean, the same but bigger...
Diet, work out llike an animal at the gym for 5 months and then look at what cycle u want to take....

I agree with these guys....get your cardio going, start tuning your diet, and consistently hit the gym for AT LEAST a few months....One of the worst things you can do to your tendons,ligaments, and muscles is to start a cycle before you have a decent base to build on...It is SO easy to get injured when you're on cycle IF your body isn't ready for the stresses you're going to throw @ it....Good luck....

Besides working out you should be taking enantate 250, to get rid of the lbs phetermine is helpful. Take clomid for the limp dick.

Remember, theres no AAS taht will make you lose weight. It will simply preserve muscle while you diet and do cardio on a strict schedule.
If you just take AAS without hardcore dieting and training then you wont lose a lb, but rather gain some muscle. (Which wont look to great with fat on top of it)
Im not saying dont use AAS, you can if you want, but the main driver here will be the diet and training.
