First time cycle.....need some help

starting a cycle for first time trainging about 3yrs stats are height 6'2 weight 190 want to kno if cycle looks good and what you think will cost for gear

test enan or cyp (not sure which one to take) 500 mg week weeks 1-10
deca 400 mg week weeks 1-10
d-bol 30mg day weeks 1-4
Nolva 20mg day weeks 1-15 (anyone kno if this is neccesary)
Clomid weeks 13-15
vitimin b-6 100mg day weeks 1-15 (anyone kno if this is neccesary)

this cycle is also no this website novice cycle 3

any opionions on the test should be used and what to look for from the two different kinds and a ball park figure for all the gear thanks, wanna start cycle in a few weeks so any suggestions would be appriacated

1st cycle, i would go with 500mgs of test e split 2x wk for 12 wks.

do some test for 12 weeks

It's safe to bet you'll make the same gains off of just test alone as you would all those compounds... Really come's down to your diet, trust me I've learnt the hard way...

Here is what you should run:

1-12 Test E 300mg wk (2x per wk at 150mg)
1-10 Deca 200mg wk

You should start pct 1 wk after last test shot. 100mg of Clomid ED for 3-4wks.
Also have nolva on hand, and be sure to take 200mg B-6 thoughout the cycle ED. Your diet and training is what will give you the size, not so much the dosage. Start small and work your way up, if you do this you'll probably thank me someday. Good luck!

so u dont think i need the dbol for the first 4 weeks or deca? like i said this is my first cycle and i want to keep as much gains as possible. I thought u keep more gains tho with deca than tes. i may have to switch up my cycle a little bit anyone have any ideas for a first time cycle that is legit.

this is the cycle i was planning on doing anyone kno if the nolva is necesary thorught entire cycle, refer to post above also thanks

agreed.... I started my first cycle with sumin like that and it was way too little.. But I am a big guy also so maybe that nuff for u if u small..

People here seem to be saying that test only as a first cycle.. Im not disagreeing but I would also like to hear why...

this is the first time i heard a tes only cycle im not sure why it is so popular i did lots of reasrch and found to take dbol for first few weeks because the tes dosnt kick in till week 3 or 4 and wouldnt deca help me keep more gains in the long run run with the tes, well anyone that can explain this to me would be greatly appricated. the only thing i could think of is that its to much gear to take for first cycle would it hurt me or whats the draw back of takin it. also with the tes only cycle what are the gains and keeps compared to the cycle i want to take above. thanks guys for helpin me out on this i want to start this cycle in the next week or so so anything will help
