    Question Clen and benadryl...

    I understand the principle behing taking an antihistamine while on clen to upgrade the receptors, but wanted to know if any antihistamine will work for this purpose. I have heard to take Benadryl or Ketotifen in the evening but I am already taking Claritin (Loratadine) 10mg daily for allergies. Will this work and if so, what dosage? Or do I need to also add Benadryl or Ketotifen. Thanks.

    I am not sure if Allegra is the same kind of drug....
