    newbie pls help

    I am planning to take test e 500 mg/week for (8-10weeks) and this is my first cycle. what kind of pct should i take? and is it too much dosage for a newbie?

    I weighted 150lb and height 5'8 bf 16%.

    1 – 10 Test Enan 500mg/wk
    1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
    1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

    Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

    i know theres a lot of people that have viewed this and wanted to say what im about to, but with those stats you need to seriously change up your diet/workout regimen before you consider AAS. That is a good newbie cycle, but you are in no way ready for AAS at 5'8" 150. I would be willing to guarantee you a min of 10 lbs lean mass naturally in about 12 weeks if u eat right and follow a solid workout sched.

    i would try and get your body fat down several points before you cycle, just my thought.
