today was a sweet day at the gym. started off on my bench press with my normal 225lb warmup. second set i went too 315lbs for 6reps, then i maxed at 425lbs. after weeks and weeks from suffering with joint and tendon pain i got to have a kick ass workout with no pains. one more week and i start my tren ace at 75mg ed with 500mg test cyp every 4 days. hope the progress continues. o and i weigh 188lbs now. will post pics when i return from vacation.
