i have seen people taking 200mcg.. and currently i am taking 180mcg.. so i guess it's useless???

I didnt read the entire thread (too lazy) but from what you posted,i say nonsense.first of all you dont spread your dosages out.you take one dose per day.clen has a 34 hr 1/2life so there is absolutely no need to spread out.and i personall have taken 200mcg (spiropent) and it was still working.i know this through taking my body temp....i would like to see the studies to back up the claim being made that your receptors can only handle 140mcg....thats just rediclous.
