im pretty sure it all genetic on were u will lose fat first and last.
genetics plays a part... but so does being male or female... a man, I would guess, would have a harder time loosing fat in the midsection.
I agree with Meso. For males midsection has to be the hardest. I know it is for me. I see striations in my Delts and veins appear everywhere and then and only then my lower abs shed the last layer of fat. It is kind of weird how it comes off for me.
men carry fat in their mid section and face.. the 2 hardest parts to trim up IMO..
