    sore nipples...how much nolva?

    Friend who I have been helping educate just started his Test E cycle 2 weeks ago. He has reported that he has puffy/sore nipples. What dosage of Nolvadex should he take till the sides subside?

    i would take atleast 60mg for 4 consecutive days then run the rest of cycle at 20mg

    hey I am in the same situation...... started taking 60mg yesterday.... Hope it fades.....

    60-80 i would say .... then back to 10-20
