Think a $15 digi scale is actually accurate?

Think that is actually .1g accurate? Any of you use such a thing?

My $20 cheapie is pretty accurate. Weigh a nickle, it should be 5 grams exactly.

Bring some nickels to the store when you go scale shopping. It depends on the brand not the price.

I got a .1mg $25 ebay special which is a lot more precise than I expected.
It came with a 100g calibration weight. I got curious so I borrowed a calibration set from the lab at work and the scale is actually accurate to within .1 or .2 mg.
I guess when it comes to cheap scales it's really hit and miss... some will be great, some will be garbage.

Yea, I did end up buying it. I have a 100g weight for calibration and it seems to be very accurate.
Btw, if your scale read a dime as 5.0, it doesnt mean its calibrated. Mine read it as 5.0, but I still had to calibrate it for the 100g weight, as it was off just a tad.
