im about 200-205 depending on the day, 24, diet and cardio are in check.
im looking for lean muscle gains, would love to bulk but not loose my 8% bf...
prop, eq and tren!
will i put on decent size with those too. or just be ripped as hell?
i'd say go with any combo of these: prop,eq,tren.var,O.T. with a proper diet u could bulk or cut on any of these. i would do em all lol but i dont recomend that. imo this would b ur best bet:
wks 1-14 prop 100mg/ed
wks 4-14 var 75mg/ed
wks 4-14 tren 75mg/ed
wks 1-14 letro 1.25mg/eod
