your workout isnt going to be enhanced by a shot of winny...so, just take it as mentioned anytime, about the same time, every day...

Over time yeah..
The only things that really will effect u before u workout is susp, and check drops.

Placebo effect can have some influence on the workout if you believe the shot you just did made you stronger. Just stick to the same injection times.
