    How do take Dianabol? Am I supposed to swallow or chew the pills?

    I swallow with milk or water or something. split the dose throughout the day

    Swallow them and do as Heracles suggested and split the dosage up throughout the day.

    Break and swallow

    Bro, I was told by my source to break the tabs with your teeth to break the seal on them and then just swallow whats left with some water. I have been doing that and it seems to be ok so far.
