will proscar stop steriods from causing you acne???????????? but acne is cause from dht converdations and proscar will close 95 % of this conversation so i think acne will no come up!!!!! what do you think people??????????????

I M 42 on my 1st cycle. I had acne til almost 40. Started taking Finasteride ( proscar > 1 Mg/Day ) when i was 37 It had NO effect on acne. Since i've started gear i have had some minor acne.

I thought i was clear that it made no differencestopping or preventing it either while on gear or not.

I've heard dht is a main contributor of acne. But proscar isn't that effective at stopping conversion to dht. It only blocks around 70% of type 1 AR receptors. Dutasteride on the other hand blocks 95% of type 1 and type 2 AR receptors. I'm gonna try duta on my next cycle and see how it works at preventing hairloss and acne.
