    The Minto Studies. Those are the ones I used in my deca profile on this board to show:

    Shooting in larger muscles give you higher blood plasma levels....
    Shorter esters do that also...
    More highly concentrated gear has this effect as well...

    I posted about this on AF many years ago, and on BB4L a few years ago...I always wondered why it took so long for people at AR to find all of this out.

    So is that saying that shooting up in your delt is the best place for absortion?

    So shooting into larger muscles groups are better with absorbtion?

    No. Its says that b/w the glute and delt, the glute had more absorption.

    The study showed that b/w shooting into the glute and delt, the glute provided better absorption. The glute is a larger muscle. But I don't know that we should assume any larger muscle is better at absorbing than smaller muscles.
