ready for help
hello friends, i need some help. I blew the miniscus in my knee playing football. It has been a little over a year and have just started training again 6 weeks ago. I've lost 25 lbs and feel in better shape. I am 5'8" and now weigh 212. my playing weight was 225 with alot more muscle and alot less fat. I have been doing cardio every other day. I no longer need the strength i had and would like to make myself lighter and faster. I would like some help as to what to take to lose another 20 lbs fat get lean and still have some sive. Also if anyone has heard of something that might also help my knee. I apreciate any feed back for i have no one but myself. I know what to do to get big and strong, but not fast, strong and cut up. I am very dedicated and would be a sponge to knowledge and very apreciative. thanks the outlaw
