need help, 22 yearold friend want to start his first cycle

History
An old friend just got out the military, he did 3 years at the 101 airborn... this is the first guy that I started working out with when we were 16 and he has, as most MPs, trained... he also fights pro

He is:
5'5"
160 pounds
average BF (I told him to get it tested I think its around 10-12%)

He wants to bulk up first. He has not used aas before, I thought a good goal would be 30-40 pounds (shot for the stars)...

I was thinking 10 week cycle

250mg test EW weeks 1-10
25mg dbol ED weeks 1-10

nolv on hand, all the goodes for post cycle recovery and on cycle preventions...

Should the test be upped?
is tren a good option?

any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance...

if the goal is 30-40 pounds then i'd suggest more than 450mg/wk of total steroids .

if he's a pro fighter i'm assuming he already has an awesome natural muscle base to start with, so i'll keep the doses a bit light for the 30-40lb goal.
try this:

400-500mg/wk test propionate 8 weeks
40mg/day tren 8 wks
25mg/day dbol 8 wks
100mg/day clomid wks 9-11
the above will require ed injections. if that's not appealing then try this:

400-500mg/wk test enanthate 10 weeks
400mg/wk eq 10 weeks
25mg/wk dbol wks 6-12
100mg/day clomid wks 13-15

Dr. Evil, when you say 100mg/day clomid for weeks 13-15 is that a better way of taking it? Apposed to the 300mg day one, 100mg 10 days and then finish with 50mg 10 days. Which works better???

Terinox, though many believe to take 300mgs first day, I dont, because Dr. Evil has said its a waste and liver toxic I believe.

i never said clomid is liver toxic and don't believe it is.

from my experiences, i gained no benefit from 300mg/day on the first day. as long as the estrogen is kept at bay throughout the cycle then 100mg/day throughout the clomid therapy is enough to saturate the estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus.

but that woudl indicate that you were taking an antiestrogen during the cycle, like arimdex - otherwise, I am not sure that the estrogen levels would be at bay

very true.

300mg on day 1 may be in order if he does not take any anti-e during the cycle.
