Rate my T-Levels:
Hey guys,
I'm a newbie on this forum. I'm 33, 6'1", 168lbs, 12% BF and have never done an AS cycle. I'm an ametuer cyclist and spend about 6-8 hours a week training (gym and bike). I just had my testosterone levels tested at my doctors office. The results were as follows:
Total Test 401
Free Test 11.52
As I understand, these numbers are on the low end of the normal spectrum. Here are my questions:
1. What range would my t numbers need to be in order to add muscle & strength?
2. How can I naturally increase these numbers?
3. Any suggestions as far as workouts, supplements, reading materials?
Thanks a mil,

Thanks JohnnyB,
What range would allow for muscle growth and strength increases? How can I increase my current test level naturally?

Try sort of a warrior diet, only eat small amounts daytime and eat like a beast at dinner, made me horny as a goat and made my beard grow like weeeed.
