hey guys all this talk about gyno has gott me real nervous and so i started feelin my nipps and now im freakin out how do i know if i have it i dont have any tits forming but i do wanna know the beginning signs and symptoms i have arimidex will that stop gyno or slow it down but first i need to know if i should just calm down or start worryin what were your first signs???

is it possible to get gyno in just one nipple and is it possible to get it if they dont hurt or arent itchy???
will arimidex help if i have it??? and if so how much should i take???
it is possible to get it in one nipple and not the other.. if you already have it nolvadex will be your best bet.
i notice when gyno start kickin in when i start rubbing my nipples without even thinking about it..then its like, wtf am i rubbing my nipple for, then i start to pay attention, and whattya know, it starts to get puffy and itch. when that happens...steppin up dosages of anti e's!!
