im going back and forth on getting bigger versus getting cut
so im wondering opinions on a good dosage of test to use as an anti catabolic while doing extreme amounts of cardio (like 1 hr each day, 6days/week)
and 350-400g protein/day
+glutamine and sugars
im probably gonna use finasteride/proscar/DHT inhibitors
and im wondering how that would effect the dosage needed
cycle experience: ive put on mass with 100mg/test prop and that put some mass
i weigh 240lbs, around 15-20% body fat
but i might just use igf1-lr3 + insulin 40mcg/day
which do you think would be a better cutter - test or igf?
i wanna get down to like 5% body fat
