tamoxifen during cycle and post cycle???

i know everyone on here recommends 10mgs/day during cycle and 20mg/day pct...has anyone ever used 10mg/day during and post cycle. or is it essential to take 20mg/day during pct. (by the way i am doing a low dose test cyp cycle...300mg/w.)

It is recoomended to take more nolva post cycle, because the chances of developing gyno are more likely post cycle even though estrogen levels are lower. It is the ratio of androgens to estrogens that make gyno more likely post cycle.

alright will do then as i am prone to gyno and have a little left over from puberty
