At 20 mg. a day, and I am on day 3, I will post results soon, but Have a question for now. I have been following a workout routine that is similar to this....
Mon-chest/tris
tues-back/bis
wed-off
thurs-legs/shoulders
fri-off
sat-begin routine again.
The question is, while on thie 3 to 4 week cycle what would be a good routine to maximize results, and how often can i work out, do I need 2 off days like that. Thanks a lot...
