blood tests after gear

so after i finish my cycle id like to get some blood tests done..im not quite sure what test i should ask to get done or what tests they will do..i know i can ask for a cholesterol test, but not sure where to go from there ..i have kaiser permenente for my medical provider if anyone has experience with them please feedback..tx
also ,how long after do i wait to get tests done or do i do it right away >?

The following tests should be run at the end of a cycle and again 4-6 weeks after PCT ends.

• Total Testosterone
• Bioavailable Testosterone (AKA “Free and Loosely Bound”
• Free Testosterone (if Bioavailable T is unavailable)
• DHT
• Estradiol (specify the Extraction Method, or “sensitive” assay for males)
• LH
• FSH
• Prolactin
• Cortisol
• Thyroid Panel
• CBC
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
• Lipid Profile
• PSA (if over 40)
• IGF-1 (if HGH therapy is being considered)
