    i finaly got my ldex!

    how do i measure this? it comes in a bottle with a spray i got green berry punch. should i just use a syringe to measure the amount i wanna take? i want to take .5 eod and should i shake it b4 anything? btw i got it from anabolic review reshearch site.

    you could use a syringe or 10pumps = 1ml

    I would use the syringe at about .25ml per day. I was taking .5 a day and started suffering some minor erection problems. L-dex raises your cholesterol levels and erections problems are one of the side effects of high cholesterol. I dropped it back doen to .25ml per day and within a week my erection problem was solved.
