clomid+nolvadex question

Hey guys. Soon I will be embarking on my first gear cycle. Anyways tryin to find out how most people dose out the clomid and nolvadex for a usual PCT following 12 week cycle.

Test Enanthate (1-12)
D-Bol (1-4)

How would u dose out the clomid and nolvadex following this cycle.
If this has been covered I apologize and also thanks in advance for the help.

Start pct 14 days after your last testE injection. I used clomid and nolva for pct on a cycle like that. I did ;

Day 1 Clomid 300mg
Days2-11 Clomid 100mg
Days12-21 Clomid 50mg

and 20mg of nolva every day for the 21 days aswel.
