DEA notified when purchasing Ephedrine?

I was placing an order of Ephedrine HCL last week. Before the order could be processed, the company sent me an email stating that they needed to be faxed a copy of my driver's license and a utility bill, matching the shipping address. I could not even get it sent to a PO box or anything. Do you think this is safe to do or should i just go ahead and cancel the order? I was placing the order from a legit company that has a good standing that i know of, not some shady never-heard-of website.
any opinions?

It's ok, but find another company anyway... who wants to jump through all those hoops for some ephedrine??? Just go to a pharmacy and ask.

THey only track large purchases -- over 10 boxes or bottles because of meth manufacturing.

The company requires it for all purchases of ephedrine. I was considering just getting it at the pharmacy, but i wanted to get the pure ephedrine hcl, without the guaifenesin. most bronchial products at the pharmacy are ehepdrine hcl and guaifenesin. i wanted to make a pure eca stack.

companies keep it as a record. if you are busted for methamphetamine production it would be used to convict you. there is nothing illegal or to worry about when purchasing ephedrine, if you dont make meth with it.

I would just go somewhere else for your ephedrine....why give this company all this information ??? Sounds like more of a hassle to me....

i doubt that 3 bottles would be looked at negatively. it's not like i'm ordering 300 bottles.

theyre more after pseudo-ephedrine hcl for meth. ephedrine only isnt the real deal for meth
