asperate questions

i will be injecting deca into my shoulder. i am using a 2ml 23 gauge 1 inch needle.

this is my first time injecting myself. what is asperating and how do i asperate?

c'mon man, use the search. You aspirate to make sure you are not injecting into a vein. When the pin is in, pull back on the plunger. Blood=pull out, change locations, and shoot in a new area. Air bubbles=all is good, shoot very slow and steady

Just pull enough to see a couple of air bubbles. If it fills with blood, don't trip. Just pull it and find another spot.

try a practice run first to get used to pulling the plunger up with one hand.
