Ok, I just started my var today. I am going to spread it out through the day, but what about at night? I was thinking that taking var during the times of highest absorbtion would be a good idea. With this and var's 9 hour halflife, I am probably going to take my last dose after my workout (about 1-1.5 hours before I go to bed). THis would also ensure that the var would stay in my body continuously while I sleep. DO you guys think its a good idea?
