I agree, Andro is shit. You'd probably get the same test increases with ZMA without the sides.

4 ad made into injectable is supposed to be pretty good, very similar to test prop, so I wouldn't go as far as to say ALL prohormones suck.
well ok kizer since we are saying not ALL prohormones suck, i did have really good gains from AST's 19-nor 250 also
Haha, I can't knock em, I did em twice for 4 weeks each time before using gear and the second time around I followed it up with some creatine and some other bs (And ALOT of food) and put on 26lbs. That was over a 10 week period, only the first 4 of which were on the pro's. No it was not 26lbs of muscle I certainly did put on some fat but I think I figured the lean mass gains to be about 18-19 lbs. Still pretty damn good if you ask me.
yea..i too added 26lbs of mass while i was on the 19-nor , but it was when i first started lifting so not sure how much i can contribute to the PH's

Mine was actually in my second year of lifting....still early but I managed to go from 145 to 216 in those two years w/out gear so I am sure they had something to do with it, lol.Quote:

injectable prohormones are supposed to really work, but I say if your going to shoot, why not shoot the real stuff.
