Started my first cycle today

So today i had my first shot, had a buddy do it for me, all went well
did 250mg test en and 250 mg decca

For those of who that dont know, im doing
500mg Test Enanthate ew (250mg Monday/250mg Thursday)
300mg Decca ew(on mondays)
Ill do 10 weeks
Ill Start Clomid 2-3 weeks after my last shot
300mg day 1
100mg days 2-11
50mg days 12-21

I havent gotton nolva yet but will be in the next few days, ill be taking 20mg ed up untill the end of pct

My immune system is weak and i get sick every 3 months. I hate this because when i train hard, i get size, and then i get sick and lose most of it and have to work out even harder and then 3 months later i get sick again


Which vitamins should i be taking? What should i be doing? My diet is pretty well

im 6'1 195 pounds

try stopping the deca one week before the test..or run test an extra week.

how about on the 8th shot of decca i do 2cc's instead of 1cc? that way ill be finished decca and ill have 1 shot of test to run?

or is there another way to do this?

get that Nolva cause with test E I usually starting feeling my nipples sore

Yeah what hella said and I know you should be getting more test then deca but 500mg a week ? A little excessive for your first cycle dont you think?
I use deca 200 1 ml with test 250 1 ml per week and dont even know for sure if im using all of that for it being my first cycle.

Grab some protein for your immune system, also a little FYI that some steroids are made for that, thats why people with HIV and AIDS take them.

I would grab weight gain if your looking to pack on the lbs and it has 150% of all the daily vitamins you should need.
Whey protein is another great one that has tons and tons of positives that I dont feel like getting into.

yea i want to start the nolva right away the day i get it

400-500mg is the dosage for test, many members on here suggested i do this and thats what i got
they also suggested to use more test than decca
i did my research on here and a few other sites

i take whey protein, usually 2 shakes a day double scoop

I honestly think you will be wasting some.

250 would do you good on your first cycle @ your height and weight.

Then you could save the other for a whole nother cycle stacking with deca again.

Would have got more out of it that way.

Maybe you should use .5 ml with 1 ml for about 375mg a week. Then you will save .5ml of it every week for use in another cycle which you could run the same 375mg a week stacked with deca again but up the deca to deca 300.

Just tryin to look out for you and your money and see you get the biggest bang for your buck.

I dont think you will gain any more with 500mg as to 375mg test on your first cycle @ your height weight. Thats from 1.5 years of research and I belong to a couple forums myself.

Hey thats what where all here for, look out for each other weather it be personal health / safety or even your pocket book and helping to make your money stretch.

Add some B6 with that cycle.I do 300 ml a day while on deca.
Also do 10 ml nova and .25 of L-dex though cycle..
500ml of test is fine for first cycle,split that deca up with you 2 shots of test per week mix it with you test..
