I am on a few supplemts right now. I was wondering what i should be taking once i jump on my cycle. I am going to be taking:
Dbol, Deca, Winny and Test.
Supplements im taking: Flax seed pills, cod liver pills, l-glutamine, whey protein, GNC Mega Men.
Should i still take these things while i am juicing?
Yes you need to take your supps while 'on'... Also add some milk thistle as directed for liver support while on and after dbol and winny, some b-6 at 100mg to help with possible prog sides and liver support.
the cod liver pills wont be enough for the liver?
Definitely. I'm on NO Explode, EAS Mass Factor, and Muscle Milk when I don't have time to eat. I would certainly stay on them. All they can do is help. As far as I'm concerned... if you take more than one supplement, you can hadle supps and juice. "All gear is is a very powerful supplement," lol.
Fish oils are more for the cardio system, just like flax is... You might want to research supps as well as roids because they can make a difference to make this a healthy endeavor.Quote:

dont take too many extra supplements while on gear .it can add extra work on the liver..use the basics b6 200mg per day for gyno,multi-vit,fish oils,milk thistle 1g..whey protien to but thats an ovious ..gl
absolutely... as long as you are drinking plenty of water, I take all my same supplements... where is the creatine at?? ;)
So does eating alot... Just like we would if we were bulking... So as long as you take a liver protectant then you will still be breaking down vitamins but out of food.Quote:
