i kno this has probably been discussed before but i was wondering, i have a choice between 22g 1-1.5 inch or 25g 5/8 inch, which would u use? and if u would use tha 25g would u inject in ur ass or would u only inject in ur shoulder and biceps? because if u can only inject in ur arms w/ that i think i may go w/ tha 22g because i cant deal w/ 9 weeks of arm soreness

I would use the 1 1/2 inch pin and just not stick it in all the way. simple as that. 5/8 is kinda small even for delts that are lean. you want it deep in the muscle. I use 25 g 1 1/2 and use them for everything. I just set a lighter depth on delts.

5/8 would be your arms, maybe your chest. I like to use 25 gauge 1" for everything my body fat is low enough that 1"works fine in my glutes as well

i recently switched from 22 gage to 25 gage 1 in. i love the change, it takes 5 times longer to inject but it is reletivly painless. i only shoot thighs. i am a wimp i guess

I SOOOOO would not do that. even a real lean guy has a thick layer of fat in his ass. you definitley want it deep in the muscle. I would strongly advise that you do not stick your glute with a 5/8 inch needle.

always relax the muscle when sticking it.

whoo..sounds like its gonna be a painful bicep injection, last time i did it i flexed and it was sore for a good week
